1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Nature of Services

Finalize Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. is a financial distribution company that connects customers with RBI-regulated lending partners. Finalize itself is not a lender; loan approval, disbursal, interest rates and terms are at the sole discretion of the partner bank or NBFC.

3. Eligibility & Information

You confirm that all information provided during loan, franchise or vendor application is accurate. False or misleading information may lead to rejection, recovery actions or legal proceedings as applicable.

4. Fees & Charges

Finalize does not charge any upfront processing or sanction fees from customers. Beware of fraudulent calls asking for advance payments. All official communication originates from info@finalizedistribution.com or our verified phone numbers.

5. Franchise & Vendor Partnerships

Franchise partnerships require a refundable security deposit (₹11,800), governed by a separate signed agreement. Vendor / DSA empanelment is at the sole discretion of Finalize and may be revoked at any time for breach of code of conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, marks and design on this website are the intellectual property of Finalize and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Finalize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees received from the user, if any.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
